The TERC consortium strengthens TecnATox’s leadership as an interdisciplinary hub in environmental health at the URV

The URV has selected three new interdisciplinary research clusters for the 2025-2027 period with the aim of promoting high-impact research and addressing major social, technological, and environmental challenges. These initiatives strengthen collaboration across disciplines, talent attraction, and the university's international profile in strategic areas such as climate, digitalization, and health.

One of the selected projects is the TecnATox Extended Research Consortium (TERC), which aims to become an interdisciplinary hub in environmental health by expanding the TecnATox research community with new URV research groups. The consortium will take an integrated approach to environmental toxicology, nutrition, sustainability, and data science, and will promote research activities, technology transfer, training and career development for early-career researchers, and the attraction of competitive funding.
