Participation in Portem la ciència al carrer and eSTEAMa Tarragona fairs

Last weekend, the Tecnatox research group from Rovira i Virgili University (URV) and the Pere Virgili Health Research Institute (IISPV) participated in the Portem la ciència al carrer fair in El Vendrell. Together with the MoBioFOOD research group from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology and the GEMMAIR group from IISPV, we presented our workshop "The Microplastics Game", where we explained how microplastics affect both the environment and our health. It was a pleasure to share our project MP: DiGuLi (PID2022-140866OB-I00), funded by the Spanish State Research Agency, with people of all ages and to witness the enthusiasm for science and sustainability.

This Friday, the 16th, we will be at the second edition of the eSTEAMa Tarragona fair, an educational and technological event aimed at promoting scientific, technological, artistic, and mathematical vocations. We look forward to seeing you there!
